We continue our series on making metrics more approachable; part 1 focused on Lead Time Distributions.
The second metric we are focusing on is the Cumulative Flow Diagram or CFD for short. The CFD is something that causes the most confusion in our clients and as result isn't used as often as it should. However once we take a closer look at it, we realize how simple it is and how rich it is with actionable information.
