Our approach to coaching acknowledges that, in a corporate setting, this is a trilateral relationship between someone setting an agenda for improvement (the "client"), a group of actors in charge of introducing such improvements (the "primary coachees"), and a consultant providing pragmatic guidance (the "coach"). We work with your organization to identify all those players, help them co-create the agenda for change, and then support them on their journey, as they take responsibility for their own improvement.
We follow the "Start from where you are, and evolve from there" principle, which we believe minimizes disruption, reduces resistance to change, and increases the chances of sustained, long-term change, while at the same time creating the conditions for the emergence of a customized process, optimized for your particular context.
By agreeing on outcomes, we help you discover incremental steps, testing hypothesis and safe-to-fail experiments along the way.

Establish relationship agreements between the Consultant/Coach and Client.

While this is not a substitute for complete training, it is intended to be just enough to complete the week and kickoff your action plan.
