Our goal is to provide the highest quality training in a transparent, professional and ethical manner. The following are our training terms of service. By registering to training you agree to abide by them.

REFUNDS

Registrants are entitled to refund of 80% of their ticket payment if they choose to withdraw from the class. This is reduced to 50% if withdrawing within 15 days of the class date. No refund is provided if withdrawing within 7 days of the class date.

SUBSTITUTIONS

All tickets are transferable to other students without penalty. Please inform us within 48 hours of class start date if transferring your ticket to someone else.

TRAINERS

SquirrelNorth guarantees that all trainers are highly qualified to teach the course we provide. We pride ourselves in having some of the best Kanban trainers in the world. We however do not guarantee a specific trainer and substitutions of trainers can be done at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLATIONS

We aim to provide all classes advertised on our website. However from time to time a public class may not have enough registered students to be viable. As such, SquirrelNorth may cancel a planned class at any time. If a class is canceled by SquirrelNorth, participants will receive a full refund of their purchase price. No further compensation will be provided.

DATE AND VENUE CHANGES

The date and venue may be subject to change due to circumstances out of our control, such as bad weather, civil unrest, strikes, etc.
