There is lots of buzz about Kanban these days, but what is exactly is it and why might you care? Is it just for software development? Is this how we “become agile”? Will it replace what we are currently using? We already use the Scrum framework – does Kanban work with Scrum? What’s so special about Kanban anyways? If we wanted to try it out or learn more, what are the best options for getting started?
