AGILE METRICS
If you are in a position to seek improvements in a complex environment, it becomes crucial to apply effective measurement. You measure to be able to understand the impacts of your changes and continue to effectively adapt.
Class Schedule
This class will be delivered as a series of short sessions over Zoom (ranging from 90 to 120) minutes, spaced out in 4 days. In between these sessions, students will be expected to do some off-line activities, and will have access to the trainers for consultations and break-out sessions
