MARCH MEETUP CANCELED
The KanbanTO organizers regret to announce the cancelation of our March meetup due to the recent COVID-19 Pandemic.
Health authorities are currently discouraging any large gatherings, also known as social distancing, as a way to manage the virus' spread. We believe this to be the socially responsible course of action and encourage our KanbanTO members to do their part to reduce the gathering of large crowds.
We want to give a big thanks to Troy Magennis for agreeing to speak at our meetup and do hope we get a future opportunity to have him join our meetup.

This discussion will look at how to help teams and organizations capture, analyze and discuss data. We will look at what you need to capture and how to help teams identify their next improvement target. We will also cover how to know when you push too hard on any given improvement change and see inadvertent impact elsewhere. We will also take on some sacred cows: "We need to compare teams" and "Teams should be two-pizza in size"
