There's much more to board design than the usual "To Do/In Progress/Done" columns: your board allows you to track work, but it also gives you the opportunity to use visualization to direct people's attention to aspects of your process you need them to see, thus stimulating ideas for improvement.  Our January meeting will be about improving the design of your Kanban board: bring a picture (or sketch) of your board, and get feedback and improvement ideas from fellow participants and accredited trainers and coaches.  The meeting will again be a "dual track open space", where the participants provide the agenda. Track 1's theme will be Kanban board design, and Track 2 will be for for open discussion about all things Kanban.
