Kanban is a lens you can use to look at your current process, interpret what you see, and make improvements. What happens, then, if your current process happens to be Scrum? How does it look like through the Kanban Lens? In which ways can Kanban help you get a "better Scrum"? Is "Scrumban" simply "Scrum with WIP limits" (or even a "real thing")? Is Kanban the same as "Scrum without sprints"?
If you've attempted, or considered, applying the Kanban Method to your Scrum implementation, you may have questions like those above. Or, most likely, you have your own questions and challenges. Bring them, then, to the next meeting, and we'll have accredited Kanban Trainers and Coaches to facilitate a conversation about the topics you propose.
We'll also have a second track, where you can bring any other Kanban topic you'd like to discuss with your fellow participants.
