Edwards Deming Kanban is known for encouraging a quantitative approach to management, specifically through the collection and analysis of "flow metrics". Have you tried to collect metrics such as lead time and throughput, but are uncertain how to interpret the data you got so far? Or perhaps you'd like to start but you're not sure how to begin? Or maybe you have other metrics coming out of the tools you use, and you're wondering how they fit in the larger picture? Bring questions like this, we'll have accredited Kanban Trainers and Coaches to facilitate a conversation about the topics you propose. Or better still: bring your data and some charts along with your questions! We'll also have a second track, where you can bring any other Kanban topic you'd like to discuss with your fellow participants.
