James has been working as a change agent with organizations since 1993. For the last 7 years he was the CTO of a global e-learning firm and recently has joined BERTEIG as a Management Consultant and Trainer.
His clients include Scotiabank, Microsoft, Department of National Defense, Canadian Government, and numerous private firms across North America.
He is an Accredited Kanban Trainer with LeanKanban University and a Certified Scrum Professional with the Scrum Alliance. James' passion is to work with people and help them foster a mindset of continuous improvement that is founded upon the values of integrity, trust, and respect.
