About The Event

KANBAN COACHING PRACTICES (KCP)  - 4 mornings

This course gives you coaching tools and techniques to be successful at leading significant change initiatives with a goal of achieving Maturity Level 2 or Maturity Level 3 at an enterprise scale. This class offers a codified Kanban Method approach to introducing and implementing change and is specifically designed to augment the Kanban Maturity Model class.

KCP Credential

Kanban University offers the Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) designation to those completing the KMM+KC training program. The formal requirements for the KCP designation are: have a Kanban Management Profesisonal (KMP) designation first, complete this KMM class, then the Kanban Coaching (KC) class, then pass Kanban University-administered KCP exam (accurately answering 75% of the questions). Taking the exam is free, repeat attempts are allowed every 10 days. Kanban University charges a $500 (USD) fee  after the successful attempt to assign the KCP designation.

Class Schedule

The class duration, 2 full days in the old in-person format, has become 4 half-day modules in the remote format, Monday to Thursday. The start time is chosen to fit North American participants, coast to coast. We use Zoom for video and Miro as the virtual whiteboard. Each half-day session includes a substantal break in the middle.

KMM Option

Students may bundle this class with Kanban Maturity Model (KMM), which will take place several weeks earlier. Choose "KMM + KC Bundle" at checkout.
